Operators. Originators. Partners.

A private investment firm focused on acquiring and building enduring businesses for long-term ownership.

We serve as the principal buyer in acquisitions we originate, leading transactions from start to finish and remaining actively involved throughout ownership.

We pursue proprietary, buyer-led opportunities and do not represent sellers or run auction-driven sale processes.

Our Approach

Investment Focus

We acquire established, founder-owned businesses with durable economics.

Target profile:

  • $5–$50M in revenue, $1M+ EBITDA, and established operations

  • Founder-owned businesses exploring first institutional capital or transition

  • Industries where operational improvement can drive long-term value

  • Control or significant minority investments

Best suited for:

  • Relationship-driven, non-auction processes

  • Situations where operational expertise complements capital

  • Discretion, confidentiality, and thoughtful structuring

We prioritize fit and alignment and invest selectively.

Our Commitment

We engage directly with founders exploring transition, growth, or liquidity. Our work is highly selective and relationship-driven, focused on situations with genuine alignment on approach, values, and long-term vision.

Every conversation is confidential. We approach ownership as a long-term commitment, not a transaction.
